Our fee structure:

• 7.99% + GST in your first year
• Drops to 7.49% + GST in year two
• And 6.99% + GST from year three onward — loyalty pays off
• $550 + GST one-off setup/admin fee to find and place a tenant
• $40 + GST per quarterly inspection
