Hi, I’m Jacob Linton, founder of Asset Property Management. I started this company in 2023 after experiencing poor management of my own rental and seeing a real need for honest, transparent, and reliable property managers in Wellington.

I believe property management should be built on trust, clear communication, and genuine care for both landlords and tenants. At Asset, we pride ourselves on doing what we say we will—no shortcuts, no surprises. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free for everyone involved, while always protecting what matters most: your property and peace of mind.
